He came to us for help and we applied our experience and invested our time in the pursuit of his goal. Our expectation is that you will do the work you said you wanted to do or, if you can't do it, you will contact us so that we can adapt and help you find solutions. But at the end of the day, no matter how much support we provide, we can't do the job for you. You expect a coach to deliver performance results, but the puzzle of coaching is that we can give you the tools and put you in a position to achieve those results.
